INTRO: Much of the info on this Part II, is from "The Penguin Atlas of Human Sexual Behavior" by Judith MacKay, which was discussed by Professor Ferguson at Saddleback College in his Human Sexuality class which I attended (with some info from Dr Ruth Westheimer and others of reliable credentials). Professor Ferguson says that America is Sexually Hung Up, and that the French, some Pacific Is Cultures, and Sweden, have a much better attitude of Human Sexuality (while the Arab cultures have the most suppressive and oppressive attitudes towards sex). He also says that Religion tends to be oppressive of Human Sexuality. My Opinion: We need to Liberate Human Sexuality, allowing Sex for Pleasure, while practicing Birth Control. We need to Educate Humanity in Human Sexuality, to allow for better enjoyment of sex. I highly recommend getting a copy of "The Penguin Atlas of Human Sexual Behavior" by Judith MacKay (note: some of the data is in dispute, example, they list Canada as allowing or partially allowing Prostitution (legally), but I heard from a Canadian that it is illegal in that a man can be arrested (but not the woman). Professor Ferguson also said that some of the data is in dispute. But for the most part, the data is an Excellent Representation of the Truth on Human Sexuality in the World, and provides a Simple, and Excellent Educational Supplement in the subject.

WHY SEX 3.5 TIMES PER WEEK?
"A man's TESTICLES begin to manufacture sperm at the time of puberty and produce 50,000 sperm per minute, every minute of every hour, well into old age." -Dr Ruth "Encycopedia of Sex" pg 258. She also says (same page) that it takes 77 days to make them, and another 4 or 5 days for them to learn to Swim.
"A man will normally ejaculate 80 million to 300 million sperm at the time of ORGASM" -Dr Ruth "Encycopedia of Sex" pgs 258-259.
Now lets see, let me get out my calculator:
(maximum ammount of sperm ejaculated) 300,000,000/50,000 (made per min) = 6,000 minutes.
6,000/60 min per hour = 100 hours or 4 days and 4 hours.
Thus a man should go no more than 100 hours (4 days and 4 hours) without a full orgasm.
Then (min ammount of sperm ejacutlated 80,000,000/50,000 (made per min) = 1,600
1,600 mins/60 min per hour = 26 hours 40 mins (a man should not ejactulate more often than this, its probabaly OK, he will just ejaculate less sperm, but I don't have any data on this except that that some people are oversexed).
A man can ejaculate more often than 26 hrs 40 mins, but that will gradually deplete the supply of 77 days (to make them) + 4 to 5 days (to learn to swim) thats at least 81 days worth that a man is carrying around at any given time, which would be around 60 (mins per hour) X 24 (hours per day) X 81 (days worth) X 50,000 (made per minute) = 5.832 Billion sperm (a man carries around at any given time). That's around one for each person on the planet, oh my. Scarry. Of course I am hetero (ie. interest in women only), so I have 2 sperms for nearly every woman on the planet. What's Earths Human poupluation these days? Around 6 Billion?
So lets Average this all out.
The RANGE being every 26 hours 40 min TO 100 hours, thats every 1 to 4 days, or an average of around every 2 days or 3.5 times per week. Which is what we hear on TV (I don't watch TV anymore) and read in books, that married couples have sex on Average of 3.5 times per week (unless married to someone with a low lobido, or if both are over sexed, or if one is over sexed and the other will cooperate). MORE SEX IS FOUND IN MARRIAGE. Married people have sex more often.
Of course it helps to keep healthy, with lots of vitamins, protein, minerals such as Zinc for Men, Iron for Women, DHEA (naturally found in Yams and Sweet Potatoes) which helps both genders with their hormones and endrocine system.
Also note that 12 minutes of Non-Stop Cardio Vascular (no more, no less) every 24 hours, gets the Adrenal glands going, which stimulate the Male Glands (Testicles) and Female Glands (Ovaries), as well as the whole endocrine system. (And this next one I will have to verify and come back later) = In the long run, the pituitary or Master Gland is stimulated or regulated by the the magical mysterious Penal glad.
Note: In comments about SPERM (above) we see that men should have an orgasm/ejaculation from every 26 hours to every 100 hours (4 days), averageing out to every other day or 3.5 times per week (dependant upon health, etc).
This gives a man 4 Choices: Have Sex with a Woman, Have Sex by Himself, have sex with another Male, or Not having sex at all (bringing about physical and emotional pain, stress, and suffering).
I myself am hetero (seek women only), but recognize that 5% to 7% are "born gay", 10% are gay, and 10% to 25% "practice it" for some time in their lives, with a greater number having tried it at some point of time. (My percentage data on Gays are only an approximation from memory, next time I am at the library or books store, I will try to remember to look at a copy of Masters & Johnson or the Kinsey Report (one or both should have the data, the 10% is accurate (Dr Ruths Sex for Dummies), and all the other percentages on this page are quite accurate). Also note that many gay people are married (50% divorce rate amougst gays, as per Sari Locker "Idiots Guide to Amazing Sex"). In fact, women tend to be attracted to gays more than heteros at least on an unconscious level, while on a conscious level never become aware (till years later, if at all) that there husbands are gay. But once again, I myself am strictly attracted to women only

PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL SEXUAL FRUSTRATION PROBLEMS: 35% of women have a "low libdo" (no desire for sex) while only 16% of men have low libido and these are often not matched in relationships (see article SEX 1); Oppression and Aggression in society and culture combines with taboo against sex so that it is hard to find a sexual outlet, hard for a man to find a wife. In todays modern society, we find a Role Reversal from the past, now men seek relationships and women often shun relationships. More people are moving to high density population areas (large cities) where this trend is greatly accelerated and lonelieness is more prevelant.

Women seek a man who is a "Good Provider" (a man with money). Statistics show that in DATING CLUBS, the men out number the women by a 2:1 or 3:1 ratio, and what few women Are around, 90% of the women in dating clubs date only 10% of the males (who have greater income, status, profession), leaving 90% of the males unwanted and undated. At the same time, the 90% of women who limit their dating to only 10% of the wealthiest men, find that there are not enough men to go around, and sit at home lonely, waiting for a (rich) man to call, but no (rich) man ever calls (only "Jerks" or "Losers" who don't count). Thus a man must find a way to discharge sperm thru ejaculation (physical necessity), either thru self stimulation or homosexuality, which are both Taboo in Society and Religion.

I the author am not a homosexual, I am not gay nor bi

I dont have the exact data handy, but around 5% to 7% of men are born gay, and other men decide to become gay of their own choice. At any given time, around 10% to 15% of men are currently gay, and up to 25% of men have been gay in their lifetime, and perhaps 30% or more have tried it. There is a difference beteween gay and bi (not much). Many gay men are married to women and raise children. Sometimes their wives do not know their husbands are gay, or, many women don't care if he is, as long as his interestes are not towards another woman. Homosexuality was illgegal in the USA till the mid 1960's when the Federal Government legalized homosexuality (but not pot? just goes to show what kind of politicians weve got). The above was obviously done by Survey of the public, while Psychologists say: Women seek a Man with Money. With Men, it is a Natural Instinct to get many women pregnant, in order to spread ones genes as far as possible. This leads to men being Less Selective towards woman, a man will date most women (if a man can get a date). It is a Natural Instinct in Women ("Nesting Instinct") to seek a man who is a "Good Provider", a man of Wealth & Money does better attracting a mate, than a man with little or no money. This is true with Women at any age (even if too old to have children, or not desiring to have children). This leads to women being very Selective of men. Women tend to Reject most men (and men suffer from continual rejection).

90% of Women in dating clubs, date only 10% of the best men. Thus the women complain that they can never get a man who will be faithful (90% women dating 10% men, not enough of the Best men to go around); while men complain that they cant get dates, that women are not interested in them, and that all women want is money.

Women sit at home, waiting for the Rich (and handsomest) 10% of men to call, while ignoring 90% of the "Jerks". But the Rich & Handsome 10% of men are too busy dating 90% of the women, thus 90% of women are lonely most of the time.

(I have not checked out these links, but, they clearly have lots of Sexual Oppression in the Middle East, leading to other Social Problems (like War etc), further below at Middle East problems .

Note: In comments about SPERM (above) we see that men should have an orgasm/ejaculation from every 26 hours to every 100 hours (4 days), averageing out to every other day or 2.3 times per week (dependant upon health, etc). This gives a man 4 Choices: Have Sex with a Woman, Have Sex by Himself, have sex with another Male, or Not having sex at all (bringing about physical and emotional pain, stress, and suffering). I myself am hetero, but recognize that 5% to 7% are "born gay", 10% are gay, and 10% to 25% "practice it" for some time in their lives, with a greater number having tried it at some point of time. (My percentage data on Gays are only an approximation from memory, next time I am at the library or books store, I will try to remember to look at a copy of Masters & Johnson or the Kinsey Report (one or both should have the data, the 10% is accurate (Dr Ruths Sex for Dummies), and all the other percentages on this page are quite accurate). UPDATE: check out the Kinsey Report Data online at http://www.indiana.edu/~kinsey/research/ak-data.html#homosexuality where they say that 37% of males have tried same sex experience to the point of orgasm. But higher up on the page http://www.indiana.edu/~kinsey/research/ak-data.html#bisexuality they say "Kinsey estimated that nearly 46% of the male population had engaged in both heterosexual and homosexual activities, or "reacted to" persons of both sexes, in the course of their adult lives"
Also note that many gay people are married (50% divorce rate amougst gays, as per Sari Locker "Idiots Guide to Amazing Sex"). In fact, women tend to be attracted to gays more than heteros at least on an unconscious level, while on a conscious level never become aware (till years later, if at all) that there husbands are gay.
PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL SEXUAL FRUSTRATION PROBLEMS: 35% of women have a "low libdo" (no desire for sex) while only 16% of men have low libido and these are often not matched in relationships (see article SEX 1); Oppression and Aggression in society and culture combines with taboo against sex so that it is hard to find a sexual outlet, hard for a man to find a wife. In todays modern society, we find a Role Reversal from the past, now men seek relationships and women often shun relationships. More people are moving to high density population areas (large cities) where this trend is greatly accelerated and lonelieness is more prevelant.
Women seek a man who is a "Good Provider" (a man with money). Statistics show that in DATING CLUBS, the men out number the women by a 2:1 or 3:1 ratio, and what few women Are around, 90% of the women in dating clubs date only 10% of the males (who have greater income, status, profession), leaving 90% of the males unwanted and undated. At the same time, the 90% of women who limit their dating to only 10% of the wealthiest men, find that there are not enough men to go around, and sit at home lonely, waiting for a (rich) man to call, but no (rich) man ever calls (only "Jerks" or "Losers" who don't count). Thus a man must find a way to discharge sperm thru ejaculation (physical necessity), either thru self stimulation or homosexuality, which are both Taboo in Society and Religion.

Although I think that the oppression of Communism against the Church in Russia was terrible, it apparently has helped their sex lives. If only Religion and Sex could Coexist.
OPINION: A logical conslusion leads me to believe that many Religions are a "in kahoots" unofficial deal between Gay Preists and Low Libido Women (35% of the population). The Preists condemn sex, thus protecting the 35% of women who don't want sex, while those women respect, protect, and defend the gay priests. Logical? Makes sense. If you believe that there are many gay priests (I have seen enough evidence).

THE WORST ATTITUDES TOWARDS SEX

Their basic instincts are so Oppressed, that they are filled with hate and violence. They have nice music, and smoke hookahs; if only they could loosen up on sex, it would improve their culture and views towards coexistence with the rest of the world.

Islam prohibits: sex during menstruation & Ramadan, Masturbation, Homosexuality, Anal Sex, Mixing with the opposite sex after puberty, Male lust for women, Equal divorce rights for women, (but allows Polygamy, up to 4 wives).

FGE "Female Genital Excision" (removal of the clitoris) is a (non-reversible) surgical procedure carried out daily on 6,000 girls between 4 and 10 years of age. It is usually performed by female relatives with crude instruments and without anesthetic. Many communities regard it as an essential prerequisite for a girl to become a woman, marriageable, and faithful.

FGE is common in North African Countries and Arabic Countries (and around the world, by persons who have immigrated from these areas). Please use caution with your children if they hang out with families of Middle East descent.

The philosophy or goal of FGE is to curb a womans lust for men, so that she will not have sex with anyone, till she is married to her husband. But FGE is non-reverseable, there is no surgical cure, it can not be undone. Thus women who have had FGE have limited potential for full sexual pleasure, for the rest of their lives.

Sexual Oppression by Government, Religion, or Social pressures is not good. It makes people frustrated, inclined to violence and discord. The general concensus of the world of Psychology is that SEX IS GOOD, and should be had around every other day for most people (more frequently for those with a higher libidio, and less frequently for those with a lower libidio, but even then physical and psychophysiological consequences can occure due to lack of regular sex. Sex is good.

Thus we should encourage Sex, world wide (and contraception and protection too, to avoid over population and AIDS, etc). Perhaps we should Airlift/Drop Playboy magazines and Anti FGE propaganda thruought the middle east (and ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, till you find the root of the infection and cure it, putting a band-aid on it will only temporarily relieve the issue. These are the realities that Government and Religion must face. Its time for religion to come to terms with science and reality.
