NOTE: while I was not able to predict the recent Haiti quake and recent Chile quake, the quakes I predicted did happen.
When I predict Earthquakes, I am talking 6.0 or stronger (they don't happen every day), AND the same planet which I base my predictions upon also tends to casue heavy rains, flooding

"I don't include location in the predictions, and I don't predict every quake that happens, but most of my Quake/(flood) predictions do come true. It may not be the ultimate answer to everything, but its not to be snezzed at.
As of Nov 24th 2009, there were around 46 quakes at 6.0 or above, averaging around 1 every 7 days or more, and my prediction range is around a 3 to 4 day span, a 50/50 chance, but I am right nearly every time (not 50 percent of the time). Method of astrological prediction is listed at bottom of page. ASTROLOGERS NOTE: my astro forecast is done in SIDEREAL ASTROLOGY, but it works out the same in regular Tropical astrology, as it is based on conjuctions, oppostions, and squares to Neptune, not by Signs. ALSO NOTE: although it does mention in every monthly forecast that Neptune is the planet of Quakes (and Rains and Flooding), I am refering only to the Quake Predictions listed at the TOP GRAY section of each monthly forecast"

I don't have any method of determining WHERE the quakes might happen, only WHEN. Not all of my predictions happen, but when they do, the TIME/DATE is very accurate.

predictions . The main predictions are listed at the top of the page in the Monthly Highlights section (the day by day forecast further below, always lists Earthquake
possibility when the moon is aligned with Neptune (once a month, a minor chance), but if other planets or the Sun align with Neptune at the same time the Moon does, then that is a big chance for a Major Quake, and that is the basis of my predictions, and those are listed in the top section under Highlights. I don't have any method of determining WHERE the quakes might happen, only WHEN. Not all of my predictions happen, but when they do, the TIME/DATE is very accurate. I have made other predictions, which may have come true in the past few years, but I did not have time to check for news stories (I don't watch TV). predictions (and list them here if they did) The Major predictions typically happen around every 3 months (but some are weaker, due to alignments not being exact nor close, while stronger chances are alignments which are very close (less than 3 degrees
simultaneously , typically Sun, Moon, Neptune (at astrological "hard angles" (aka 0 degrees, 90 degrees, 180 degrees, 270 degrees. But Mars or Jupiter or even Saturn can cause some big ones too, when aligned with Neptune and the Moon.)
A California Native, Archure has been successful with many Quake predictions for many years (and has copyrighted a publication on Neptune & Earthquake Prediction, copyrighted along with his "Color Music & Astrology"). Archure no longer makes his yearly Quake Prediction List which he used to post all over Saddleback College campus (stopped doing that around 1995 when he left California (tired of being known as "The Earthquake Guy", now known as "The Vegetarian Guy in Nevada", "he
doesn't even eat CHEESE" (vegan). Archure did lots of Research to back his claims, researching in the University of California Irvine Library (UCI library basement section holds a vast collection of Quake and Volcano publications).
